The tournament arrived, and the whole app got quieter and more considered along the way.
- Summer Soccer 2026 is live. Groups, official standings, every fixture, and a round-by-round bracket. Once the group stage wraps, the tournament leads straight with the bracket instead of the finished groups.
- A real desktop experience. Every live game you follow at a glance, the full bracket laid out as columns, keyboard shortcuts to move between tabs, and a redesigned home page.
- Tournament lifecycle. A tournament that's over reads "Season wrapped" and stops sending alerts. The results stay to browse, with nothing to clean up.
- Calmer motion throughout. Scores resolve into focus when you reveal them, the day settles in once instead of replaying on every visit, and cards fade out instead of popping.
- More accurate alerts. Goal notifications name the right scorer, and the "live now" count always matches what's on screen.
- Lock-screen Live Activities on iPhone. A game you're tracking lives on your lock screen, with the score and the clock.
May. Stakes, recap, brief.
Three features that turn the app from a calm scoreboard into a calm sports companion.
- Stakes lines on game and country pages: "X can close the series with one more win." / "Game 7. Winner takes the series."
- Quiet Recap Card. A final-game artifact: winner-named headline, big score, what mattered, optional next game.

Tightens the 30-day run-up to June 11. The tournament-countdown component now carries the country page across the full pre-kickoff window, with intensity tiers that escalate as kickoff approaches.
- Today brief surfaces a calm awareness band 8–30 days out.
- Kickoff-day Today hero takes over the slot in the last 24 hours.
- Country alert state pill confirms the user's current alert tier passively.
- WC country notifications cron. Kickoff and full-time pushes for country follows.
